Shakib Al Hasan has taken the attack to the Australian bowlers in their ICC World T20 2014 encounter at the Sher-E-Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur. Bangladesh had lost both their openers in the first five overs. Since then Mushfiqur has played a calm role and helped Shakib.

 

Shakib has smashed two sixes as well. One off Doug Bollinger over mid-wicket and then one over long-on. He has been in good touch and is trying to get the Bangladesh team to a good total.

 

In 10 overs, they have managed only 68 runs, but are gradually accelerating after a slow start. Shakib is batting on 40 and Mushfiqur Rahim is on 15.
