Ajinkya Rahane out first ball against Bangladesh in 2nd ODI at Dhaka

India could score just nine runs off the first three overs.

Ajinkya Rahane was dismissed for a first ball duck for India against Bangladesh in the second ODI at Dhaka. Mashrafe Mortaza was the bowler. Cheteshwar Pujara came in at the No 3 position very early in the day. India were off to a bad start with only eight off the first two overs, for the loss of one wicket.

Mashrafe Mortaza and Al-Amin Hossain opened the bowling for Bangladesh. Mortaza nearly had Robin Uthappa out off the first ball of the match, but the batsman survived a very close LBW call. However, Rahane was not so lucky, as he was caught on the crease and given out LBW off his first delivery. Al-Amin then bowled a maiden over to new man Pujara.

Earlier, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to field. Parvez Rasool made way for Stuart Binny in the Indian team, while Bangladesh made two changes with Mithun Ali and Taskin Ahmed making their debuts.
