Virat Kohli appeared for his Yo-Yo test on June 15, but there has been no update on the neck injury he sustained during Indian Premier League 2018. He missed his Surrey stint because of the same reason. However, there were reports that Kohli was seen doing the same workout as MS Dhoni during the test. Kohli tweeted photos of himself training hard in the gymnasium with the caption Today s session included a lot of band work for lower body strengthening; including lateral band walk, monster walk and then striding a distance of 80 meters x 12 repetitions at speed of 16 km/hr on treadmill. 15 second break between each stride and completing 2 sets of 12.
